Having produced successful merchandising manuals for Tesco, House of Fraser and the Burton Group (now Arcadia), we were commissioned to review the merchandising, Point of Sale ticketing and Promotional Graphics for Caffè Nero. Our 48 page manual gives staff an easy to follow reference guide: ‘4 STEPS TO GREAT MERCHANDISING’, it covers all aspects of merchandising, from how to use their display fixtures, product grouping and adjacencies, how and when to use the correct ticketing, POS and promotions and how to maintain displays throughout the day as stocks run out.
